Who we are

We built our name on GTA garages.

Now we bring the same obsessive prep to floors that carry forklifts, fleets and thousands of footsteps a day. Most floor failures trace back to the same thing: shortcuts under the surface. That’s why every job starts with testing and diamond grinding, whether the slab gets a coating or is polished itself.

Northern Prime Epoxy is a Toronto-based team specializing in resinous floor coatings and polished concrete. We match the right floor to each zone of your facility and install it with a crew that treats your schedule like its own.

Process

Most coating failures start before the first coat goes down. Our process is built so that never happens on your floor.

  1. Line laser projecting onto a concrete floor

    Assess

    We walk the space, test slab moisture and hardness, check levels and give you a written scope, system spec and schedule.

    Prep

    Dust-controlled diamond grinding opens the concrete. Cracks, joints and spalls are repaired so nothing telegraphs through.

    Build

    Primer locks into the slab, then body coats and broadcasts build thickness, colour and texture layer by layer.

    Finish

    Chemical-resistant topcoats, slip-resistant texture where it’s needed, and safety lines or zones marked to plan.
